Rosana

I'm the founder and webmaster of SNW, a network of fansites like SimsNetwork, SporeNetwork and MySimsNetwork. I founded SporeNetwork (and its Dutch sister site SporeNetwerk) in the spring of 2005. I couldn't wait for the game! I attended a few events like E3 Expo in Los Angeles and the Games Convention in Leipzig because of Spore!

These days I'm still a Spore fan, but because of all those Sim games like The Sims 2 (and expansions), The Sims 3 (and expansions), MySims console series and some other games, I find it hard to play Spore on a regular basis. Many of my friends don't like Spore (anymore) and it's been very quiet on the forums since a month or two after Spore launched in September 2008. I won't close my fansite and will continue to provide our visitors with the latest news, info and of course goodies. But I may be a bit slow sometimes.

On a more personal note... I'm female, 25, live together with ChEeTaH from The Spore Zone and we have a little son called Seth. In "real life" I'm a designer, developer, photographer and illustrator. Cheetah

At SporeNetwork I'm Rosana's technical assistant mostly, besides being webmaster of The Sims Zone and The Spore Zone. I also attended the E3 (LA) and Games Convention in 2006, together with Rosana.

As I'm still as student I don't get to play the game a lot, even though I still like it. Having to reboot to play it (since Galactic Adventures pretty much broke the game for Wine on Linux last time I checked) doesn't help. Nevertheless I'll continue to visit and work on SporeNetwork occasionally - you may not always find me here, but you can always drop me a line if you need me.

So, I'm a male, 24 living together with Rosana (see above) and Seth. Yeah, I know, you knew that. Besides that I'm a student (Computer Science & Engineering) at the university in Eindhoven. I also work 2 days a week as a Software Engineer to pay the bills. You can find more about me at my personal site, Simply Life.

Paul

In October 2004 I accidentally joined SimsNetwork, the international SNW forum, and stayed there. In the beginning most of the time on the international site as Forum Admin, a few months later on the Dutch sister also. Although The Sims 2 is the main game on my PC, Spore is a very good second best nowadays. The universal character, the possibility to design your own creatures and (since the release of Galaxy Adventures) playing/creating adventures, gives the game an interesting boost. As Admin on the forums of SNW you can find me most of the time on SporeNetwork, this gives Rosana and the other SNW team members more room to be active on the SNW Simsforums.

Personal ... as teammember I am one of the oldest with 46 years now. In common life I work on the day and nightshelter for the homeless of the Salvation Army. I am married and have three children.
